The educational portal will safeguard all generated materials that will be available to any potentially interested recipient. The resources for the sustainability of the domain and hosting do not account for more than 50 euros per year. All project partners commit to maintaining an active domain for at least 5 years after its completion.

Collaboration in e-Twinning establishes cooperation frameworks amongst centres that tend to consolidate over time within other projects and collaborations.

All participants who generate materials that can be published in the context of the project, contractually assume the requirement that those contents, methodological tools and resources generated will be licensed under open standards such as REA and Creative Commons. All this regardless of the format used or publication and dissemination channels where these products are finally released.

Explicit mention will be made in this contractual requirement nominally recorded that: it is assumed that the purpose of the generated materials is to serve as resources for teaching, learning and research that reside in a place in the public domain or have been published under a license of intellectual property that allows others to their free use or use for purposes other than those contemplated by their author. As the only precondition, mentioning explicitly the various people involved in the chain of responsibility resulting in the generation or reuse of those products for purposes other than those originally contemplated by their author provided they are non-commercial, will be mandatory.

The educational portal serves as a platform for the dissemination of all material generated: contents, methodological tools, multimedia materials and educational resources in general. This will guarantee access and availability at the time of such materials.

Written publications of the results of the project and, in general, all physically publishable material will be susceptible of having their corresponding ISBN code.

The dissemination of the project is based on three complementary pillars:

    1. The educational portal from which developed materials will be disseminated through the following strategies:

- Intracentre dissemination: each school will appoint a teacher in charge of managing and disseminating project content produced in their own centre (dissemination coordinator). This figure will facilitate the incorporation of portal content to the teaching dynamics of the centres, encouraging the development of teaching-learning activities which in turn could generate new content for the portal.

- Intercentre dissemination: content generated and developed by participating institutions have mutual impact, since access to materials incorporated into the portal from the other centres will be encouraged by dissemination coordinators. This will allow a comparative analysis of the different realities at a transnational level.

- External dissemination in the media: results will appear in the same local and regional media used to carry out the project. The framework of cooperation with the Agency of Local Development of the City of Alicante offers a platform to contact the local and regional media that will increase the chances of potential impact, as well as primary schools of the respective districts of influence of each secondary school.

      2. Impact on specialised academic areas:

Collaboration with the University guarantees that some of the results of the project, especially the ones concerning intellectual products, have an impact on national and international magazines and specialised journals.

      3. Exchanges made through the e-Twinning platform with other schools susceptible to join any of the activities developed within the project. This dissemination scope would have a national, transnational and European impact.

In the context and importance of valuing the vehicle that gives rise to the licensed contents the following preconditions are established, inspired by the Creative Commons standards in case of content exploitation by third parties:

- Recognition and attribution (by): an explicit mention of the mastermind of the content should be made and of the fact it has been developed within the HUMREV project funded by the Erasmus + 2015 initiative.

- Noncommercial (nc): the use or exploitation, or reuse of resources for commercial purposes will not be allowed. Neither of each product nor of its derivative works.

- Share alike (sa): all works derived from licensed resources will be shared with the same conditions as the originals.

- Under Creative Commons standards we will refer to such licenses by the acronym (by-nc-sa).

Through anonymous online surveys in the Google Forms platform for statistical collection of quantitative results, as well as having a database and opinions bank as quality indicators to analyse possible improvements to be incorporated.

Types of surveys:

To students: the survey will enable students to make a self-assessment of language and digital skills acquired, the level of knowledge of what it means to be a European citizen and the level of respect and development of Human Rights in their environment. It will have a section to assess the degree of satisfaction with the experiments carried out in the different activities of the project.

To teachers: a survey divided into three parts will be developed: self-assessment of learning skills and competencies acquired in the project, analysis of the strengths and weaknesses found and collection of qualitative suggestions for results improvement.

To parents: this third type of survey will assess the reception experience within the mobilities and collect suggestions to maximise their positive impact on the participating families.

Contrast test. We will analyse all the above issues conducting this survey among students who have not participated in the project (a school from another town), but are willing to collaborate with the survey. We will see the differences between the responses of students involved in the project and students who do not know about it.

Tools available in the control panel of the web portal like visits meters (frequency, origin...) and downloads.

Contact with other centres through the e-Twinning platform that will allow us to quantify the number of centres interested in the project.

Number of students, teachers, families and authorities involved in the project or any of its activities.

It is the Gymnasium in der Tauss responsibility to carry out the Impact Monitoring. They will assess the results of impact surveys to subsequently  generate evaluation reports on those results, which will be reviewed in each transnational meeting for the subsequent joint monitoring by all partners to establish appropriate guidelines for improvement after performing both the quantitative and qualitative analysis on impact results.
